  1. First name: Rachael
  2. Twitter handle: @rachie234
  3. Favorite NHL team(s): Chicago Blackhawks
  4. Fan since: December 2008
  5. How did you originally become a Blackhawks fan? It’s all because of my mom. She stopped following the team for a while because of the way Old Man Wirtz (as my dad calls him) was running the organization, but when she found out they were showing games on TV again she started watching them immediately. And she made me sit and watch a game with her. That’s all it took, one game to get me hooked.
  6. Were you ever a fan of a different team before the Blackhawks? I’ve only been watching hockey for a few years now so I’m still just a one team kind of girl. That could always change though.
  7. In your opinion, why are the Blackhawks such a great team to be a fan of? I think it’s a combination of the players and guys like Jay Blunk and John McDonugh running the business end of it. Both sides do so much to reach out and connect with the fans. Whether it is signings, BHTV, the convention, they really make it a point to make you feel like a part of the organization.
  8. What is it about the game of hockey that you like so much? The fast pace, the physicality, and the fact that things could change with just a single shift. It’s never dull.
  9. If you could change one thing about hockey, what would it be and why? The exposure the NHL gets. It drives me nuts that hockey always takes a backseat to sports like football, baseball, and basketball. Hockey players are some of the best athletes in the world, and they don’t get the credit they deserve.
  10. Which rule would you toss from the rulebook? Definitely change icing. It would cut down on injuries and move the game along faster.
  11. Who is your favorite NHL player and why? Duncan Keith. He’s got great speed, handles the puck well, he can score, great defender, and he just makes it all look so easy.
  12. What is it that usually endears you to your favorite player? His skill level and his personality. The second one may seem silly but if I think you’re a jerk, I’m not going to want to cheer for you and therefore I probably wouldn’t want you on the team.
  13. Your favorite player has to be helped off the ice after a brutal hit. You react by: holding my breath and cursing whoever did it.
  14. If you could take a player from any team and put them on the Blackhawks, who would it be and why? I’d take Buff back from the Thrashers. He’s really come into his own and is a great defenseman. Plus, he’s a really cool guy off the ice.
  15. What position(s) do you think is/are the most important on the ice? The goalie. No matter how well you play, goals win the game. If the goalie’s not doing his job, it can really hurt a team.
  16. If you played hockey, which position would you play and why? I have no idea. I can ice skate, but only in laps around the rink. If I had to change directions or have people coming at me, forget it. I guess goalie would be the only suitable position for me.
  17. If you were to describe yourself as a hockey fan in one word, what would it be? Loyal
  18. The Blackhawks offer you a job within their organization. What is that job most likely to be? I don’t have much business savvy so maybe nanny to players’ and coaches’ kids? Haha, that’s about all I’d be good at.
  19. What is your favorite Blackhawks memory and why? Me, my mom, and my two sisters are all Blackhawks fans and watch most of the games together so just that time I get to spend with them; bonding over our favorite team is what I’ll always remember.
  20. How/where would you spend your day with the Stanley Cup? Sharing it with family and friends. And taking LOTS of pictures.
  21. Do you think of yourself as a knowledgeable hockey fan? Why or why not? Knowledgeable enough. I’m still a fairly new hockey fan, so I still feel like I have a few things to learn. I have the basics down, though.
  22. A lot of female hockey fans are stereotyped. Why do you think this is? What do you think can be done to change this? I think it’s because females watch the game differently than men do. We watch the game but then we want to get to know the players. I think we get more emotionally involved. I think the only thing we can do is continue to show that we love the game for what it is. That stereotype is always going to be there and all we can do is prove it wrong to the people we come in contact with.
  23. Do you think that the female hockey fan base is growing? Yes. The fact that I’m a hockey fan proves it. Until hockey, I never watched a single sport. Now I never miss a game.
  24. A hockey fan calls you a puck bunny, you react by: challenge them to quiz me and prove them wrong!
  25. Do you think that puck bunnies give female hockey fans a bad reputation? Why or why not? There are groupies in every sport, so no, I don’t think so. If that’s all someone is exposed to, then yeah, they’d probably think we’re all in it for the good looking guys. There’s a pretty obvious difference between a real female fan and someone who’s just there to ogle guys in big padded shorts.
  26. Do you think that there will ever be a time when female hockey fans aren’t stereotyped? Why or why not? As long as there are guys who think sports are a man’s domain, no. As long as we surround ourselves with people who know better, it doesn’t matter.

Female Fan Frenzy: Shawna

  1. First name: Shawna
  2. Twitter handle: @shawnama14
  3. Favorite NHL team(s): Detroit Red Wings
  4. Fan since: I’ve rooted for all Detroit sports teams on principle since before I can remember, but I’d say I started paying attention to hockey and the Red Wings around 1992.
  5. How did you originally become a Red Wings fan? Again, rooting for Detroit teams is not really an option for me; it’s a way of life.
  6. Were you ever a fan of a different team before the Red Wings? Detroit was my first and only favorite team, though there are several other teams I’ve learned to like along the way, just not as much.
  7. In your opinion, why are the Red Wings such a great team to be a fan of? Do we start with the four Stanley Cups I’ve seen in my lifetime or the 19 straight years in the playoffs? No, that’s just what we pull out to piss off fans of other teams. The Ilitch family, who currently own the Red Wings, is amazing. They treat players like family, they make sure fans feel included, and they’ve built a great team that you can be proud of cheering for. Captains like Yzerman and Lidstrom just exude class.
  8. What is it about the game of hockey that you like so much? The speed is amazing. The ability to play such a complicated game while not losing your balance on skates has always amazed me. It’s a thing of beauty.
  9. If you could change one thing about hockey, what would it be and why? I would remove the trapezoid.
  10. Which rule would you toss from the rulebook? I would remove the trapezoid.
  11. Who is your favorite NHL player and why? Pavel Datsyuk, because I can’t help it. Watching the way that man moves on the ice, handles the puck, etc. is just a thing of beauty.
  12. What is it that usually endears you to your favorite player? Normally I like grinders, which makes it a bit silly that Datsyuk is currently my favorite player. Although, to be fair, if you ask Corey Perry, Datysuk is pretty damn tough.
  13. Your favorite player has to be helped off the ice after a brutal hit. You react by: Swearing. A lot. Getting a new drink.
  14. If you could take a player from any team and put them on the Red Wings, who would it be and why? I could get lit on fire for saying this, but Patrick Kane to my Red Wings. He would hate it, which would be mildly entertaining, but I think he’s super talented, and I think his style and flash would be nice to have on my team.
  15. What position(s) do you think is/are the most important on the ice? I’m a fan of goalies.
  16. If you played hockey, which position would you play and why? I would play defense; I’m comfortable with more space in front of me than behind. Oh, except I can’t skate backwards. That could be a problem.
  17. If you were to describe yourself as a hockey fan in one word, what would it be? Obsessive
  18. The Red Wings offer you a job within their organization. What is that job most likely to be? In house video producer or website feature producer.
  19. What is your favorite Red Wings memory and why? Surprisingly, not a Cup moment. With all the many, many, many great moments from this team, there is something recent that stands out in my mind. 2009 Western Conference Finals game 5, when the Wings clinched the series against Chicago, my brother and I were at the Joe for the game. Darren Helm put on a spectacular show. I think he had about 12 hits, and scored the game winning goal in overtime, but the most memorable thing was his penalty kill where he managed to control the puck, get a short-handed scoring chance, then get the puck back and continue controlling it. He killed the last 25 seconds of the Hawks’s power play single handedly, and the whole crowd stood up and went crazy. It was just an unreal moment that I like to revisit in my head and on YouTube whenever I can.
  20. How/where would you spend your day with the Stanley Cup? Well, it’s going to involve a lot of beer, I’ll tell you that much. I’m not sure where I would take it, but I would want to make sure all my friends and family got to come. (And drink beer.)
  21. Do you think of yourself as a knowledgeable hockey fan? Why or why not? I’m certainly not as knowledgeable as some of my friends who have actually played the game, but I know a lot and I feel like I learn more all the time. I know what the blue lines are and what icing is and all that important stuff.
  22. A lot of female hockey fans are stereotyped. Why do you think this is? What do you think can be done to change this? I think a lot of female hockey fans are stereotyped because attractive women show up at the games in skinny jeans, thigh high boots and tank tops. I don’t know if these women actually know anything about hockey, but they are seen as sex objects not hockey fans. I don’t really want to say that people shouldn’t wear what they want, but as long as women keep projecting an aura of sexuality, that is what they will be seen as. That may not be fair however, but it is what happens currently. These aren’t the only female fans out there, and hopefully we aren’t all grouped together. I know several intelligent female hockey fans, and the men we watch hockey fans respect us and our fandom; gender is not even an issue.
  23. Do you think that the female hockey fan base is growing? I don’t really know. With the growth of social media, the female fan base is certainly more vocal, but throughout my life as a hockey fan, I have always had a great group of female fans to cheer with.
  24. A hockey fan calls you a puck bunny, you react by: I’m not that cute, nobody calls me a puck bunny. If they ever did, I would just start spouting facts and info until they shut the hell up.
  25. Do you think that puck bunnies give female hockey fans a bad reputation? Why or why not? I don’t really think so because I like to think intelligent human beings can tell the difference between a puck bunny and an actual hockey fan who happens to be female.
  26. Do you think that there will ever be a time when female hockey fans aren’t stereotyped? Why or why not? In most of my personal experiences, female hockey fans aren’t stereotyped. It only seems to be in group situations where generalizations are made, that female hockey fans are all stereotyped together.

All I want for my 20th birthday is...

Female Fan Frenzy: Shannon

  1. First name: Shannon
  2. Twitter handle: @supxshannon
  3. Favorite NHL team: Chicago Blackhawks
  4. Fan since: Since birth, but I got way into them a few seasons ago.
  5. How did you originally become a Blackhawks fan? My mom and dad were season ticket holders at the Chicago Stadium for ten years, and I was kind of born into it.
  6. Were you ever a fan of a different team before the Blackhawks? Nope, I was born in Chicago
  7. In your opinion, why are the Blackhawks such a great team to be a fan of? They have a great staff and team, they are very connected with the fans, they have nightly giveaways to say thanks to the fans, and they are just a great organization.
  8. What is it about the game of hockey that you like so much? I’ve always liked the whole idea of hockey, the way it’s played on ice with skates and how it’s not like the other sports.
  9. If you could change one thing about hockey, what would it be and why? To get better refs, because the things they call/don’t call are silly.
  10. Which rule would you toss from the rulebook? I would toss icing from the rulebook because there are too many rushes for the puck and ways to get injured.
  11. Who is your favorite NHL player and why? I would say Jonathan Toews. He is a hard working captain who makes a lot of opportunities and he’s after all attractive.
  12. What is it that usually endears you to your favorite player? Well he’s the captain of the team I watch so…
  13. Your favorite player has to be helped off the ice after a brutal hit. You react by: worrying about his condition and hoping the team can pull it off without him.
  14. If you could take a player from any team and put them on the Blackhawks, who would it be and why? I would have to say Jack Skille. I miss him a ton.
  15. What position(s) do you think is/are the most important on the ice? Defensemen. They have to do whatever they can to keep it out of the zone and I don’t think they get enough credit.
  16. If you played hockey, which position would you play and why? Probably a forward because when I was younger that’s what I played.
  17. If you were to describe yourself as a hockey fan in one word, what would it be? Positive.
  18. The Blackhawks offer you a job within their organization. What is that job most likely to be? Interviewer. That’s what I’ve wanted to do all my life.
  19. What is your favorite Blackhawks memory and why? Whenever I go to a game at the UC. Everyone is just so nice and into the game. It’s like a huge family.
  20. How/where would you spend your day with the Stanley Cup? I would worship it and show it around to the people that helped it happen
  21. Do you think of yourself as a knowledgeable hockey fan? Why or why not? Yes, because I know the calls and penalties and what everything is called, not like the puck bunnies haha.
  22. A lot of female hockey fans are stereotyped. Why do you think this is? What do you think can be done to change this? I think they are stereotyped because they go to the games not knowing what the sport is about but to see the “hot” guys play. That can be changed if people actually watched a game and paid attention to a game without looking at the players
  23. Do you think that the female hockey fan base is growing? Yes, but not in the knowledge area.
  24. A hockey fan calls you a puck bunny, you react by: having a conversation with them about the sport just to show that I know what’s going on.
  25. Do you think that puck bunnies give female hockey fans a bad reputation? Why or why not? Yes, because then the other people think that we don’t know anything and they are surprised we know what a certain penalty is or when they have a empty net.
  26. Do you think that there will ever be a time when female hockey fans aren’t stereotyped? Why or why not? Maybe in the future, but the hockey fans are growing just because the players are attractive.

Congrats on the 300th career point Sharp!

Jack Skille, Michael Frolik Q&A

It's been two weeks now since Jack Skille was traded to the Panthers for Michael Frolik. Both players are still adjusting to new teammates, new cities, and new lines. While Crash found himself upgraded to the top line in the Sunshine State, Frolik has had to compete with big names in front of him for the first time in his NHL career here in the Windy City. My friend Frank from over at The Rat Trick, a pretty awesome hockey blog that you should most definitely check out, had the fun idea of setting up a little Q&A so that we could both better get to know the players that our respective teams had gained during the trade. Frank's questions about Skille are listed first and my questions about Frolik are after. Enjoy!

Jack Skille

FR: When you first heard that Jack Skille was being traded to the Florida Panthers, what went through your mind? Surprise, confusion, disappointment or pleased that he was getting a chance somewhere else? Why did you have the reaction you had.

AH: When I first found out that Jack had been traded, I was actually on the Metra on my way home. My friend Hannah called me and said “Bad news…” I instantly knew that Jack was gone, and I will admit that I started to get all misty eyed. It always sucks when your favorite player gets traded, especially when you’re like me and have yet to meet him in person, but overall, I’m happy knowing that Jack will have more playing opportunities in Florida and wish him the best of luck. He’s still my favorite after all.

FR: Skille was a 7th round pick from 2005, the same year that Sidney Crosby was drafted. It took him five years to get a chance at what ultimately was 3rd and 4th line minutes. Was he overrated? Was there too much pressure, or is he just not that good?

AH: I feel like Jack really is a good player, but he’s a good player that has had to contend with even better players in front of him like Toews, Kane, Sharp and Hossa. I also think that Jack is one of those players that is extremely hard on himself and lets that frustration affect his game. Hopefully, Crash will find his offensive touch in Florida, and I’ll never have to hear another sexual innuendo about how he can’t finish ever again.

FR: What kind of style will we see Jack play? As a Hawk fan myself, I have my own opinions, but what do you see in him?

AH: I call Crash an energy player. He’s the guy that zooms around the ice like it’ll melt if he stops, and I appreciate that since I swear the Hawks sometimes play like they’re lacking energy and it drives me nuts. He’s also pretty physical, so I would call him gritty as well.

FR: What’s been the reaction in Chicago to the trade? There seems to be a lot of people who are glad he left. Why the angst?

AH: Let’s face it, when you’re a Chicago athlete you have high expectations to live up to. We’re a sports town that usually only focuses on how well a player, no matter what sport they play, produces points-wise. Jack was not living up to the fans’ or his draft status’s standards, which resulted in a lot of people celebrating when he left. Hopefully, he won’t experience that same fan dissatisfaction in the Sunshine State.

FR: Seems like we traded for Jack because of his style of play. We’ve lacked a physical presence. Can he give us that?

AH: Crash will most definitely give you a physical edge. He’s not afraid to throw his weight around when necessary, something that wasn’t noticed a lot here in Chicago because of the heavy hitters that overshadow him such as Seabrook and Brouwer.

FR: I’ve started calling him “Crash” because he hits. But he also seems to fall and “crash” into the boards a lot. Am I seeing things, or is he just pent up with nervous energy, and not such a great skater?

AH: Originally, the Chicago fans nicknamed Jack “Crash” because of his uncanny habit to crash into and dislodge the net several times in one game. He does it a lot. As for the falling part, like I said before, Jack is a fast skater. I think his feet just get away from him sometimes.

FR: Why should we like Jack?

AH: Jack is the epitome of “fan-friendly.” He’ll sign autographs, pose for pictures, and do just about anything to make sure that his fans are happy. He’s a very smiley person with a great personality and a sense of humor that makes everyone around him smile. To put it simply, Jack’s charisma and approachable personality are what make him such an easy player to favor despite his lack of a scoring touch.

FR: Will you miss Jack and why?

AH: I’ll for sure miss his charming personality and infectious smile (gosh don’t I sound corny) but I will also miss the energy and passion that he brought to the ice. I don’t care what the haters say, Jack always left it all on the ice, even if he couldn’t score 95% of the time. He was, and still is, my favorite player because of his drive and passion, not because he could score a hat trick every game or something like that. Please, take care of him in Florida.

Michael Frolik

AH: Most of the Blackhawks fans I know were pretty excited to hear that we got Frolik in exchange for Jack. What does he bring to the game of hockey that makes him someone worth cheering for?

FR: Frolik has a lot of skill that I think has been untapped. He’s fast, he has a good shot, and he’s a goal scorer. He’s a likeable kid too. He’s still young and has a lot of growing to do and for some reason, he may not know just how much potential he really has. When he gets on a hot streak, you’re going to really like him.

AH: How do you think Frolik will adjust to playing under big names like Toews, Kane, Sharp, etc…?

FR: He has never played with high profile players. Playing with David Booth and Stephen Weiss for most of his time here, he was forced into a first line role, which is really not suited for him. He’s a good second line player, but he needs to have some of that swagger that the Hawks have to bring out his potential. I think that playing with the Hawks will force him to be a better hockey player. Or he’ll shrink like a dead flower.

AH: I’ve started calling Frolik “Fro Fro” and “Frodo” because he looks like he could win a lead role in Lord of the Rings with those eyebrows of his. Did he have a fan nickname in Florida?

FR: No nicknames that I was aware of. Kinda dull down here with that to be honest. Those eyebrows are pretty special aren’t they? Unfortunately, other players seemed to get the attention from the girls instead of Michael. Guys like Chris Higgins and Mike Santorelli. Maybe Chicago will take to him more.

AH: What kind of style of play can we expect from Michael?

FR: Well I almost hate to say it, but I don’t think he’s really built for Western Conference hockey. I find that the Western Conference plays a tougher, more grittier style than the East. It’s a style that I love to watch, but the East just doesn’t play that way. It seems to me that Frolik will avoid the high traffic areas, which concerns me as a Hawk fan cause I’m not sure how’s he’s going to handle the Eisenhower after home games.

AH: In the locker room, what kind of personality does Frolik have? Is he the quiet guy like Hossa, the prankster like Sharp, or the I’m-going-to-talk-until-your-ears-bleed guy like Skille? Where does he fit in?

FR: From what I know, and it’s not too much, I think he’s a pretty quiet guy and I have never heard of any pranks, jokes or crazy things that he’s done. I’ve been to the dressing room a few times after games, and I have never seen him there. So he must have ducked out or was in the shower.

AH: Why should Chicago fans like Frolik?

FR: If he doesn’t score soon, you’re gonna be frustrated with him. He hasn’t scored since December 17th which is a long time. He’s had droughts like this before and it’s frustrating to see. Hopefully playing with better players, and I truly mean that, he should blossom. He can score in bunches, and when he does you’ll love him. If he doesn’t get on the board soon, his confidence is going to be lost. It’s too bad because he is a nice kid and seems to try hard, but he’s played for two years in a system that has not really exposed his talents. Hopefully Chicago can do that.

AH: Are you going to miss Frolik? Why or why not?

FR: He wasn’t scoring, and he wasn’t progressing. I think a change of scenery was needed but I don’t think based on how he performed this season that we’ll miss him. That’s not a dig at him either. I think his game got stale because of the talent, or lack of, around him. He’s scored 21 goals in each of the last two seasons prior to this one. So he can score. With a better team like the Hawks he should score more. I can’t say if he’ll be consistently at 30, but if he’s on the second line getting 25-30 you should be happy with that. He most likely loves being outta here and having a shot at the playoffs.

AH: Who do you think got the better end of the trade deal, Florida or Chicago?

FR: Two really different players. Frolik is more of a skill guy and a skater. Jack is more physical, something that the Panthers desperately need. But they also need someone to score goals. I think this is a tryout for both players. The next few weeks will determine their future. I think that if Frolik can learn how to play Western Conference Hockey, you might have the upper hand on the deal. Not saying that I don’t like Skille, I do. But he brings a different game. With more ice time he could flourish. Based on potential, I would have to say that if he ever starts to score, the Hawks have the better deal with Frolik. As I type this however, Crash has just gone down with an ankle injury and will be out indefinitely. Adjust this last comment as you wish, but as of right now, unless Crash scores 10 goals on crutches, Hawks win.

Female Fan Frenzy: Ariana

  1. First name: Ariana
  2. Twitter handle: @alwaysunnyariana
  3. Favorite NHL team(s): Boston Bruins
  4. Fan since: Birth because of my father, but I’ve been an avid fan for about a year.
  5. How did you originally become a Bruins fan? My father was a fan of the Bruins ever since he was a little kid because he grew up in the Boston area. I gladly followed in his footsteps.
  6. Were you ever a fan of a different team before the Bruins? No, I was not.
  7. In your opinion, why are the Bruins such a great team to be a fan of? They’re a blue collar team. They’re not the flashiest but they work hard, respect other teams, make up no excuses for losses, and hit hard but keep it clean.
  8. What is it about the game of hockey that you like so much? The intensity and emotion. It’s one of the most difficult sports to score in and you don’t usually end up with double digits on the score board. There’s just no stopping yourself when your team scores. You jump in the air with your hands raised and cheer. It’s also a very physical sport, which I enjoy. Then there’s the emotion that goes along with it. One minute a player is smashing someone into the boards and the next he’s hugging his teammate because he scored a goal. It’s really something else.
  9. If you could change one thing about hockey, what would it be and why? Well in football when a coach disagrees with a call against a player on his team, he throws that red flag out on the field and challenges it. The officials then proceed to review the play. Occasionally the officials will review a play in hockey, but it’s usually when they can’t decide whether or not a goal was a goal. Hockey coaches should be allowed to throw their own red flag out on the ice and challenge a call against their players. Whether it’s penalties, goals, etc…
  10. Which rule would you toss from the rulebook? I’m not really too sure about that one.
  11. Who is your favorite NHL player and why? My favorite player in the NHL is Andrew Ference. He works hard and doesn’t get enough credit for all that he does. He puts his body in harm’s way to protect the puck, which is incredibly brave.
  12. What is it that usually endears you to your favorite player? The passion he has for the sport. In a way, he flies under the radar. He’s not the most popular Bruin. He drops the gloves when the tension rises and does whatever he can to benefit the team.
  13. Your favorite player has to be helped off the ice after a brutal hit. You react by: I’m upset and can only hope that he’s alright.
  14. If you could take a player from any team and put them on the Bruins, who would it be and why? I would take Kris Letang of the Pittsburgh Penguins. He’s one of the toughest defensemen I’ve ever seen, and he can score too.
  15. What position(s) do you think is/are the most important on the ice? Goaltender. They’re like the quarterback.
  16. If you played hockey, which position would you play and why? Probably left or right wing. I would like to be out there scoring, and I’m pretty fast on skates as well.
  17. If you were to describe yourself as a hockey fan in one word, what would it be? Passionate.
  18. The Bruins offer you a job within their organization. What is that job most likely to be? Considering my age and skill, I would most likely work in the pro shop at the TD garden.
  19. What is your favorite Bruins memory and why? Any time the Bruins play the Canadiens. Sure those are multiple memories, but they’re my favorite of them all. There is nothing else in the sport of hockey that can compare to that bitter, Original Six rivalry. Their games are never disappointing.
  20. How/where would you spend your day with the Stanley Cup? I’d spend it in Boston, with my family and the team.
  21. Do you think of yourself as a knowledgeable hockey fan? Why or why not? I know a fair amount of information about hockey. I don’t know every player out there, but I do know a lot about the sport itself.
  22. A lot of female hockey fans are stereotyped. Why do you think this is? What do you think can be done to change this? They’re stereotyped because women and sports have always been. It’s just how the world is. I have several guy friends that are fans of hockey, and they respect me. Is the stereotyping going to change? Only time will tell.
  23. Do you think that the female hockey fan base is growing? Absolutely.
  24. A hockey fan calls you a puck bunny, you react by: if you made some time to talk to me about hockey, you’d probably think otherwise. I can’t control your opinion of me.
  25. Do you think that puck bunnies give female hockey fans a bad reputation? Why or why not? They absolutely do, but that goes for all female sports fans that don’t truly like a sport. For example, the girls that are now fans of the Green Bay Packers because they won the Super Bowl. They probably can’t name any other player besides Aaron Rodgers or Clay Matthews. Why? Because they’re not real fans. It disgusts me.
  26. Do you think that there will ever be a time when female hockey fans aren’t stereotyped? Why or why not? Like I said before, only time will tell.

Canada is like the least aggressive, most unoffensive country known to mankind. I mean America is the land of assholes and I’m from here. I love my country and everything, but you have to admit that 75% of the American population are just straight up douchebags with superiority complexes. For an American to say that they hate Canada just sounds like the whole “I have a bigger penis than you, but in reality I don’t, so I’m just saying that because I’m really insecure about my failings” argument. Go USA and go Canada. Argument over.
